Job Description:
Work as an analyst ensuring compliance with prevailing wage requirements to qualify for nuclear production tax credits.
Will collect, analyze and interpret wage and fringe benefit data to provide insights and ensure prevailing wage compliance.
Key duties include designing and generating wage and fringe benefit reports, conducting analysis to identify compliance gaps, and closing compliance gaps.
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in SAP Payroll, and effective communication are required for this role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Access is desired.
