Arena. They provide game day customer service to all guests including our premium members and partners. As a Premium Services Representative, you should always be able to provide accurate information about the arena, have a natural sense of empathy, and express an inner desire to help others have a more positive experience. You will assist fans in all ways possible. Together we will champion the goal of providing the best game day experience in the New York Tri-State area!EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
Must be at least 18 years of age or olderFlexible; you will work unusual hours including nights, weekends, and some holidaysA commitment to work at least 70% of our 2023 Season Home Schedule (www.newyorkredbulls.com/schedule)Will endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions sometimes require outdoor workAs a part-time employee of the Company, you will not be eligible for Company-sponsored benefits or paid vacation.Travel 0-10%Temporary Recommended Skills Customer Service Receptive Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
