Job Description:
Seeking a Marketing Coordinator on the Customer Marketing & Commerce team to develop, execute, and manage sales and other discount opportunities.
This individual will partner with teams throughout the organization - creative, marketing operations, data science, content, and more - to create the best sales experience for members and non-members alike.

A self-starter, highly organized individual, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
A data-driven strategic thinker constantly iterating to improve the customer experience and who can both think and do.
An exceptional communicator A fan of books, audiobooks, and all things content Loves data.
As Marketing Coordinator within the Customer Marketing & Commerce team you will Curate title selection for sales throughout the quarter based on content expertise and data.
Ensure projects remain on track and that teams (internal and external) adhere to deadlines.
Write creative briefs for sales and work with creative teams to develop eye-catching and on-message creative assets.
Learn CMS tool to build any landing pages or placements that might be required.
Partner with CRM team to deploy outbound comms.
Report on and document sale's performance.
Desired Skills and
Experience:
Two - Five years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or Publishing Excellent proficiency in MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint Experience handling large Excel spreadsheets.
Experience collaborating with multiple functions in a corporate environment.
Ability to identify when and how to escalate issues to management level.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team; comfort running large meetings.
Capable of multi-tasking and working within a fast-paced environment.
