Vaco currently has a position available for a Customer Service Representative with a rapidly growing organization based in the Kearny, NJ area.

Responsibilities:
Retrieve client orders via website, sales representatives, and electronic mail and input into CRM system.
Confirm orders are correct and work with customers regarding any discrepancies and or cancelations.
Track order requests and provide status on delivery.
Handle pricing and inventory availability Perform ad-hoc projects as needed.
RequirementsMinimum of 2 years' experience in customer service; accustomed to working in a call center environment.
Strong communication both verbally and written.
Data Entry / Order Entry experience required.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Strong attention to detail.
Bilingual/Spanish preferred, but not required.
