We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist.
As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
This is a full-time position.
Monday- Friday, No weekends.
Must be flexible with works hours MUST SPEAK SPANISH!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person - working with and communicating with physicians offices to coordinate surgical cases/procedures - Assist with office management tasks - File and organize documents, both physical and computerized - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Experience:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience working in a ASC or similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required - Experience as a personal assistant or in front desk receptionist roles is a plus - Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is beneficial We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
