Receptionist Job in East Windsor, NJ area

Do you have previous office or receptionist experience? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced work environment? We are currently in search of a Receptionist for a busy office in the East Windsor area. The Receptionist will provide office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for welcoming all guests, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate team members, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.


  • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.
  • Greets and directs visitors.
  • Takes and retrieves messages for team members.
  • Provides callers with information such as address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
  • Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications.
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
  • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
  • Assists with coordinating and scheduling meetings


  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong background in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
